Another small map-related improvement

I've just removed the old Multimap links from RGL pages — they haven't worked for ages, but nobody complained so I guess very few people ever clicked on them :) I have replaced them with Bing Maps links — Bing Maps are a bit like Google Maps but they use Streetmap-style tiles instead, which many people (including me) prefer.

Check out any page with geodata to see the new links, e.g. the Dog and Bull.
