Improved 'needs a photo' search

I've made some improvements to the pages that need a photo search:

• You can now exclude contributor pages from the search, and you can also exclude places that have closed.
• The form is now less messy.
• I've fixed a bug that was giving the wrong 'photos needed' count when displaying the results on a map.
