rglondon | Twitter names on RGL

After a bit of fiddling, I've added a field for Twitter names to the RGL edit form, so we can now have Twitter links on the pages (under the website links). Please feel free to put them in where you know them! It's best to put them in plain, e.g. for La Trompette's page I put in "LaTrompetteUK". The code can cope with you putting in the @ sign and indeed the full Twitter URL, but I'd prefer you to just put the name.

(The technical bit: adding new structured data fields to OpenGuides is a bit of a faff, so I have just repurposed the fax field.)
