It looks like it has indeed shut.

On the one hand, there weren't any notices posted in the windows, and the curtains were all drawn so I couldn't see in — and at 10:30 on a Friday morning, that's not necessarily indicative of anything.

On the other hand, the state of the outside seating area suggested that nobody had tended to it in some time: there was a moderate quantity of rubbish strewn about, and several soggy newspapers, one of which was dated Friday 26 January. I could see through a gate to the loading area at the back, and it didn't look like there was any renovation or similar work going on. Just like it had been shut up for the night and then not been opened again.
