Morning to all out there in RGL land!

This week's featured article is for the Horse & Stables near Lambeth North tube. You may remember it in its previous incarnation as the Horse Bar (you may also, ahem, remember a most excellent club night run there by one of your RGL blogging team). While the frontage has had a complete revamp, I'm glad to see the zodiac-themed ceiling mural in the upstairs room is still present and correct. The mystery of which sign the lobster is meant to represent however remains unsolved*.

And we have new addition this week: the Pelt Trader, a pub underneath Cannon Street station, run by the same dudes as the Euston Tap and the Holborn Whippet. Their emphasis is on interesting beers, with some pizza available to soak up the booze.

*Unless you use the process of elimination, but where's the fun in that?
