Am I logged in?

I've just patched RGL to make it tell you if you're logged in (i.e. have set a username in your preferences). If you are logged in, you'll see a notification of this in the top bar just after the "Randomness Guide to London" title, as shown in the screenshot below.

This should show up on every page. If you're not logged in, you shouldn't see anything in this spot.
