Edit, comment, and map links on RGL

I've made a small change to the layout of RGL, to make the "edit this page" and "add a comment" links less prominent for people who aren't logged in. I did this because it doesn't make sense to use space in such a valuable area of the page unless the thing we're using the space for is actually relevant to the person viewing it.
If you are logged in (i.e. you've set a username in your preferences), you'll still get those two links up near the title of the page as before.
If you're not logged in, you can still access the "Edit this page" link in the sidebar, and I've also added a new "Send us a comment on this entry" link at the bottom of each article.
As another space-saving measure, I've added some JavaScript that hides all the map links that sit next to the address in the article preamble (i.e. links to Streetmap, Google Maps, etc) and gives you a thing to click on to reveal them.
